Start your shopping experience in a few easy steps
Request Your Account
Before making your first purchase, you need an active business account:
Click "Request account" in the top right corner.
Complete and submit the registration form.
Once submitted, our team will activate your account and send your login details within 2 working days.

Sign In to Start Shopping
Once your account has been activated, to view pricing, access ordering options, and place orders, simply click "Sign in" in the top right corner and enter your details before browsing.
Make sure to remain signed in throughout your session.
Find Your Products
Search for your products using one of the following options:
1. Products Tab
Click the Products tab to access the full DBI product portfolio. Browse through the available products by scrolling down the page or use the filters at the top to narrow your search.
Once you find the desired product, click on the "View Details" button to open its dedicated page.
By scrolling down or using the navigation buttons below the product description, you can explore the complete product family along with all available part numbers.

2. Search Bar
Enter the product name in the search bar located at the top of the page. Select the relevant product by clicking "View Details" button from the search results to open its dedicated page.

If you already know the exact part number, enter it directly into the search field located above the product table to quickly find the specific item.

Add to Cart & Checkout
Select your required quantities and add items to your cart.
Review your basket by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner and complete the checkout process.
Managing Your Profile & Orders
Once logged in, click your profile or account icon in the top header at any time to manage your account details and track your purchases through your Account Dashboard:
Dashboard: Get a quick overview of your account status, primary address, and recent account activity.
My Orders: View ongoing orders, track shipments, or easily reorder previous purchases with a single click.
My Account Information: Update your company details, billing addresses, and default shipping locations.
