DBI Bio range

The revolutionary new Bio range, made from bioplastics derived from sugar cane, is available in our BB, DT, DV, EH, EL, GA, GG ranges.

The BB Plug with Tab range is a highly flexible and adjustable plug, which is especially relevant for fluid and fuel lines, turbocharges and applications in general, where a tight, yet flexible, fitting is required. 

The DT Center Pull Plug, with its ergonomic center pull handle, is an excellent solution for the counter parts with an O-ring, due to the special design at the bottom. The product is suitable for fuel and fluid lines.

The DV caps for VDA QCs cover the VDA standards from NW6 up to NW32 used as a male solution for Quick Connectors. It's s an excellent protection against damage, dust, liquids and other contaminations, as well as vibrations.

The EH High Voltage Pin Connector, ensures protection for compact connector sockets and pins. Designed for Hirschmann PowerStar family, it has excellent sealing properties thanks to its 3 optimal ribs.

The EL Low Voltage Pin Connector offers an excellent protection against damage for compact connector sockets and pins, dust, liquid and vibration due to optimised design and excellent sealing properties. 

The GA Center Pull Cap, thanks to its flexible material, inside ribs and ability to absorb a wide range of telerances, is perfect for protection of studs, nipples and pipes.

The GG Flex Plugs ensure excellent protection for different types of pipes, due to small ventilation cut out on each of the flange. 

If requested, we can offer Bio solutions in most of our product groups (in LDPE, EVA & HDPE material).
